WESTBOROUGH, MA — Westborough held its annual spring election on Tuesday, returning many incumbents to another term and welcoming three new officials.
Turnout in the election was just very low — 5.48 percent, according to the clerk. About 654 of Westborough's 11,927 registered voters cast a ballot in the election.
On the Select Board, incumbents Allen Edinberg and Patrick Welch will return to their seats after facing no opponents in 2022. Incumbent Stephen Doret will return to his seat on the School Committee, as will incumbent library trustees Edward Baldwin, Kathleen Daly and Mary Ellen Johnston.
