Experience 808s & Meditate: A 90-minute live sonic experience pairing immersive multimedia, music therapy with mindfulness meditation. Maestro Riko & Tamara Celeste team up to explore, and translate the concept of Life as a Sacred Ceremony: A marriage of opposites (duality), a unified dance, yielding potent medicine. Bringing their education in psychology, meditation and yogic philosophy, Maestro & Celeste curate a safe place to reflect and challenge our notions of duality, and to further integrate those findings into a lifestyle. Tamara Celeste specializes in helping people break-through the limitations of their mind so they can experience the freedom, inner peace, and power of coming into union with their soul purpose. Guests are gently guided and then prompted to journey deeper into themselves along rhythmic soundscapes, intentionally crafted by Maestro Riko’s 808’s & Meditate soundtrack- a digital composition embedded with 40hz pure tone frequency therapy (psychoacoustic therapy) designed to optimize the brain and body . The musical experience is amplified by the pairing of a Woojer Strap or Vest* - a bass vest featuring 6 transducers that provides 360 degrees of via sensory expansion and immersion. Wearing the vest, the peaks and valleys of each musical progression and accompanying Meditation become a somatic experience like no other. We encourage you to bring a yoga mat or meditation pillow and a personal notebook or journal. There is limited capacity.
