Press release from the University of Delaware: Article by the Office of the Vice President and University Secretary March 09, 2022 Meeting set March 16 in person and online John Cochran, chair of the Board of the University of Delaware, has called a special meeting of the Board of Trustees, to be held at 9 a.m., Wednesday, March 16, in the Audion at STAR as well as broadcast on UDLive. The meeting is open to the public. At the meeting, President Dennis Assanis will present the strategic plan for approval, and the meeting will also feature presentations from Kathy Matt, dean of the College of Health Sciences, and Maria Aristigueta, dean of the Joseph R. Biden, Jr. School of Public Policy and Administration. In keeping with Section 1.3.3.1 of the Bylaws, discussion at the meeting will be confined to the topics listed on the posted agenda. The agenda for the special meeting is available online. Draft minutes of the meeting will be made available on the Board of Trustees website no later than April 1, 2022.
