Session that focuses on leveraging tools within Lean Six Sigma to drive projects to completion on time, on budget, and with quality. In this course we will discuss Lean Six Sigma and why its concepts and tools are well suited to help us: Scope projects well,Identify and connect with project stakeholders, and Deliver projects that meet our customer's needs in a manner that is sustainable. In session One, we will focus specifically on Define and Measure. Participants will receive guidance and tools that will help them clearly articulate their objectives, scope, stakeholders, and current state performance and processes.
