WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions: Kyle B. Barlow, 45, of New Haven, was arrested Feb. 5 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of April 8, according to state judicial records. Edward T. Prydun, 55, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 5 on a charge of interfering with an emergency call. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of April 14. Jaime E. Urgilez-Mendez, 40, of West Haven, was arrested Feb. 6 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to obey stop sign. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of March 25. Gary F. Beckford, 64, of New Haven, was arrested Feb. 8 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 15. Rosa West, 56, of Ansonia, was arrested Feb. 10 on two counts of third-degree larceny. She was being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond with a court date of April 6. Maria Antonucci, 66, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 11 on a charge of third-degree assault – victim elderly or other. She was released on a promise to appear in court on April 21. John Vecchitto, 35, of North Haven, was arrested Feb. 11 on a charge of public indecency. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of March 25. Alyssa M. Thody, 29, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 15 on a charge of first-degree larceny. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of March 29. Clarence Davis, 22, of Texas, was arrested Feb. 16 on charges of third-degree larceny and criminal attempt at third-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of March 10. Tucker G. Thorpe, 40, of Meriden, was arrested Feb. 17 on charges of third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny. He was being held in lieu of a $1,000 bond with a court date of April 7. Rashad L. Morris, 34, of Windsor, was arrested Feb. 17 on a charge of second-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $15,000 bond with a court date of March 25. Jesse S. Brown-Guillen, 26, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 17 on a charge of violation of standing criminal protective order. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of April 26. He has pleaded not guilty, according to state judicial records. Alana M. Star, 23, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 17 on a charge of violation of protective order. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of April 26. Xavier D. Jagrosse, 19, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 17 on a charge of third-degree burglary and first-degree criminal mischief. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of March 28. Ricky Bossie, 60, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 17 on charges of operating under the influence (second offense) and operating motor vehicle without ignition device. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of March 29.
