SILVER SPRING, MD — A 15-year-old has been reported missing in Silver Spring and Montgomery County Police are asking for the public's help to find her. Kenia Stephanie Dubon was on the 500 block of South Hampton Drive in Silver Spring when she was last seen. Authorities did not say when she was last seen. Kenia is 5-foot-1 and has brown eyes and long black hair. Police said they do not know what she was wearing when she was last seen.
