Instructor Josh Edwards, of Kipper’s Care Collective and Divine Performance, brings a new perspective of women’s self-defensive, making this workshop more about survival skills. Some basic jui jitsu moves will be taught, however, this is a class that is more about flight than fight. The theme centers more how to avoid dangerous situations and survive, rather than fight an attacker.
