SCOPE OF WORK FOR 750 SF ADU: Provide and install a Daikin ducted mini split heat pump 18 SEER outdoor unit model# RX24LVJU and one indoor fan coil above half bath model# FDMQ24RVJU, OR SIMILAR BRAND UNIT, IF AVAILABLE. Provide and install primary and secondary drain line, line set, and communication wire. Hang/set furnace on drain pan and 5” stands. Construct a sufficient Platform and catwalk. A 220V circuit to outdoor location will be provided by OWNER/Electrician. Provide and install 30-amp service disconnect, 1⁄2” whip and 20-amp fuses. Secure outdoor unit to A/C pad. Provide and install 7 supply duct runs with new R8 wire flex in attic space. Provide and install new ceiling boots and enlarge ducts to allow for maximum airflow and efficiency. Strap all new ductwork up high to keep off ceiling joists. Clean, professional work is a must. Provide and install new wyes and air flow dampers to balance the system. Seal and insulate all wyes and boots. Provide and install new supply and return plenums. Provide and install one 20x30 cold air return in the hallway. Provide and install a new return register and ceiling registers. Seal around boots, supply and return air plenums. Provide wifi Nest brand stat or similar. Run and test unit.
