Join UF/IFAS Extension Polk County Master Gardener Volunteers for a half day of garden tours, make & take workshops, and classes on various houseplants! All garden tour participants will receive a free plant! *Pre-registration preferred. Supplies limited for day of class registration. Cash or check ONLY at the door. Fun with Houseplants! on Saturday, March 26, 2022, from 9:00 AM-12:30 PM (noon) Houseplant Classes and Workshops: 9:00 AM: Caring for Your Houseplants (free)10:00 AM: Orchid Care Hands-on workshop ($10)* Includes plant and potting supplies.11:00 AM: You Can Grow African Violets (free)Make & Take Workshop: This workshop will be offered every half hour from 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM (noon).
