I am a single, mature, Local Builder here in Santa Rosa area, seeking to form a Partnership with someone of Similar Means, in order to combine our resources. Prices have risen higher than ever right now, with Supply-Chain issues, Fuel over $5/gal, and for those of us with even 'Moderate' financial standing -- it makes SENSE to join forces in order to survive the turmoil. I recently Sold a Home that I Remodeled in Jan '21, and have been looking for my next project ever since then. I am 58yrs young, with over 40 years of experience, have all my own tools & equipment, and am ready to begin a new 'Remodeling Adventure' now. I am NOT a 'Hard-Money Lender' of any sort, and NOT offering any kind of 'financial-rescue'! I am an Honest-to-Goodness Real-Person who lives & works Here in Santa Rosa, hoping to find another like-minded Real-Person to join forces with in a Remodel, Re-hab, or Full Build. I have a sweet and Peaceful nature, I enjoy teaching the skills I've acquired, I have local references -and- I actually LOVE what I do ! Open to working with ANY human(s), but Ideally hoping to find a Mature woman (55-65) with either Real Property or matching Funds to my own, who enjoys learning new skills and isn't afraid to get her hands dirty while having fun increasing the value of her equity.
