LTSC 04 Showcase Girls fly high at College Showcase

McCook, IL 9:20 PM, 11/26/2019- This past weekend, the LTSC 2004 Showcase girls visited Raleigh, North Carolina to attend the NCFC College Showcase. This became an opportunity for the girls to test themselves out against teams from all across the nation in front of a variety of college coaches and recruiters.Spirits were high after as this team comes off a very successful fall season by finishing at the top of their US Youth Soccer Midwest Conference Regional League division and the team's performance in North Carolina did not disappoint! The girls concluded 3-0-0 in their group with goals from Maggie Sanders (2) Eleanor Musgrove, Keira Sulliva, Niamh Griffin and Meah LaRocco throughout the weekend. Izzy Lee also came up big with a penalty save. As if their fall season had not brought enough excitement, the girls also got the opportunity to watch the University of North Carolina topple two teams in this year's NCAA tournament!
