Hiring Immediate Mechanical Assemblers for our client in the Cartersville, GA area. Ability to use various hand tools and follow simple drawings and dimensions is a key component to this role. This is a Contract to Hire opportunity. Apply Today and you can start work as soon as Monday! 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday: 7am - 5:30pm and Friday: 7am - 3:30pm Starting Pay Rate: $16.00/hr Responsibilities of the Assembler: - Assembles aluminum frames with screws, nuts, and bolts. - Able to use and read a tape measure - Uses hand tools and power tools - Reads blueprints/Schematics and engineering specifications to determine lengths and parts to install - Check quality of parts before assembling and checking specs to blueprints before assembling. - Notify QC team if parts do not match - Stand for extended period of time Requirements of the Assembler: - 2+ years relevant experience (Manufacturing/Construction BG preferred) - H.S Diploma or GED required - Ability to lift up to 30 pounds - Physical ability to work in awkward positions such as kneeling, bending, and overhead for extended periods - Ability to operate various shop tools such as cordless drills and drivers, torque wrench - Must be able to communicate (read, write and speak) the English language clearly If interested call Candace @ 470-655-4807 or send your resume to [email protected]
