St. Mary Launches Free Prescription-Drug Program

LANGHORNE, PA — The pharmacy at St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne has launched a program that helps low-income patients get their prescription medicines. The program, at St. Clare Pharmacy, is for patients who don't have insurance and aren't able to afford prescriptions that they need. The drug-donation program helps make sure those patients can get their medicines for conditions including: diabeteshigh blood pressuredepressionhigh cholesterolhypothyroidismPatients who are uninsured and are approved for 100 percent financial assistance from St. Mary are eligible.
