Field Laborer Luxury Custom Home Construction company is looking for a skilled, hardworking, and reliable construction laborer who can work outside in all weather conditions within a dedicated and motivated team. The ideal candidate will have previous construction labor experience and/or basic handyman skills. Compensation: $23 hr. DOE Qualifications and skills: Framing experience preferred. Ability to use basic hand tools and Power tools. Drywall touch up and repair experience preferred. Must be able to lift and carry up to 80 lbs. Willingness to work overtime when necessary to deliver the project on time. Must have steel toe boots and appropriate rain/snow gear. Must have own method of transportation. Must have clean driving record to drive company van during business hours. Must be able to start work at 7am Mon-Fri. Responsibilities: Remove debris and trash at construction sites. Load and unload building materials. Ensure all equipment is in operating condition before use. Digging, leveling and grading of soil as needed. Direct / Flag traffic at or near construction sites. Complete various punch list items as directed by Supervisor. Perform daily site maintenance tasks to ensure a clean jobsite.
