Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 03/10/2022 4:30 AM 03/09/22 2022-0786, Criminal Damage to Property: On 03/09/22 at 10:13 a.m., deputies responded to the 7400 block of Route 71, Oswego Township for a report of criminal damage to property. The investigation is ongoing. 2022-0786, Criminal Damage to Property: 2022-0790, Traffic Crash with Injury:  On 03/09/22 at 5:39 p.m., deputies responded to Route 126 and Schlapp Road, Na-Au-Say Township for a traffic crash with injury.  The driver of one of the vehicles, Theresa A. Smiley, a 34-year-old female from Plainfield was transported with non-life threatening injuries to Rush Copley Hospital in Aurora by Oswego Fire Protection District Paramedics.   The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
