Job Details: Plumbers and Pipefitter What they do – Assemble, install, alter & repair pipelines and pipe systems that carry water, steam, air or other liquids or gases. May install heating and cooling equipment including sprinkler equipment. Annual wages for Plumbers, Pipefitters, and Steamfitters in Detroit-Warren-Dearborn, MI Metro Area -$15.39 - $47.57 per hour. IT (Information Technology) What they do - People in IT (Information Technology) provide technical assistance to computer users. They assist in the development & oversee the implementation of information security procedures & policies. They build, maintain and upgrade security technology, such as firewalls, for the safe use of computer networks and the transmission and retrieval of information. Design and implement appropriate security controls to identify vulnerabilities and protect digital files and electronic infrastructures. Monitor and respond to computer security breaches, viruses, and intrusions, and perform forensic investigation. They are also plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects.
