If you filed a claim previously but were denied or never filed a claim but believe this might apply to you, please call our office so we can help you understand if this applies to you. If you're a surviving spouse of a Navy or Marine Veteran that may be affected by this change, please contact us. You might be eligible for benefits depending on the circumstances of your Veteran's service and his/her death.
