Spring Mill Country Club & Spring Mill Manor are looking to hire Banquet Servers who are available to work, as needed throughout the year, at our facilities located in Ivyland, PA—looking for day shifts during the week and night shifts. Weekend shifts are also needed. Hours can vary depending on bookings.Responsibilities:
Performs related banquet set-up tasksProvides immediate attention to all members and guests upon seating themTakes beverage orders and serves food in the specified stationsPours and refills wine, coffee, water, and other beverages served with and after the mealClears soiled dishes as neededCleans all assigned work areas in kitchen and banquet areasAdvises supervisor of any member or guest complaints as soon as they occurAssists
in closing functions such as removing linen, busing glasses, dishes,
silverware, etc., and re-setting the room for the following functionAttends staff meetings, including pre-service (line-up) sessionsConsistently follows all food safety-related requirementsCompletes other appropriate assignments made by the Maitre-D
Requirements:
Must have experiencePre-employment drug testing requiredMust have own transportationAge requirements: 16 years and older
Pay: $18 with experience
