Now Hiring Yard Workers, Bottom Painters, and a Crane Operator Experience a plus but not necessary Training provided All positions include the following benefits Profit sharing Paid time off Paid holidays Health Plan Competitive wages (commensurate with experience) YARD WORKER Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ($18+/hr to start plus benefits listed above) -Haul, block and launch boats -Pressure Wash Boats -Work closely with the Yard Foreman and assist fellow crew members as needed -Operate equipment such as trucks, forklifts, boatlifts, etc. -Grounds maintenance and cleanliness -Carryout additional duties as assigned by supervisor -Forklift experience a plus -Ability to work in all weather conditions -Ability to lift 50 pounds -Valid driver’s license -Positive attitude and willingness to learn -Ability to provide exceptional customer service and an understanding of customers’ needs -Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills while working both independently and within a team context -Detail oriented and ability to multi task are essential skills -Eager to engage in a growing, fast-paced, and industry-leading company BOTTOM PAINTER Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ($18+/hr plus paint bonuses and benefits listed above) -Use proper procedures in preparing a boat for bottom paint (sanding, etc) -Properly mix paint and/or barrier coating -Properly apply barrier coat and/or bottom paint as needed. -Opportunityto learn gelcoat and fiberglass repairs and topside painting -Detail oriented -Ability to work in all weather conditions -Ability to lift 50 pounds -Positive attitude and willingness to learn -Ability to provide exceptional customer service and an understanding of customers’ needs -Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills while working both independently and within a team context -Work closely with the Yard Foreman and assist fellow crew members as needed -Help in yard as needed -Valid driver’s license CRANE OPERATOR Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ($23+/hr plus benefits listed above) -Experience preferred but will train the right person -Operates 175 ton telescoping boom, swing cab crane -Ability to read and apply load charts -Inspect equipment and machinery -Keep and update maintenance and activity log -Carry out basic repairs to machines -Coordinate with ground operators and interpret hand and verbal signals -Follow safety guidelines and protocols -Detail oriented -Operates equipment such as trucks, forklifts, boatlifts, etc. -Ability to work in all weather conditions -Ability to lift 50 pounds -Positive attitude and willingness to learn -Ability to provide exceptional customer service and an understanding of customers’ needs -Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills while working both independently and within a team context -Work closely with the Yard Foreman and assist fellow crew members as needed -Help in yard as needed -Valid driver’s license Plenty of room for advancement in a fun working environment.
