RPM Property Management is seeking an In-House Cleaner for a portfolio consisting of 153 apartment units in the Arvada area. The successful candidate will report to the company Regional Asset Manager in Arvada. We are a boutique, family run, professional property management company that currently manages five properties in the Metro Denver area and assets in California and Louisiana. We pride ourselves in ethically providing a quality product at a fair price to our residents. We are seeking a motivated, self-driven In-House Cleaner to join our Colorado team. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES General cleaning duties including: Vacant apartment cleans-bathroom, kitchen, floors, cabinets (inside and out), deep clean appliances, blinds, windows Property breezeway cleans-vacuuming, dusting side rails, mopping and window cleans Office/Clubhouse cleans-sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, emptying trash Laundry room cleans-sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, emptying trash Restrooms-cleaning and stocking COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS • Competitive salary dependent on qualifications • Health, vision and dental benefits • Paid holidays • Paid sick leave • Paid vacation leave Principals only.
