SuperiorScape, Inc. ~ Located near Chelsea AL ~ is seeking a full-time Landscape Construction Foreman. We've provided excellent service to the Birmingham and surrounding area for residential and commercial properties, for over 28 years. We work 4 days a week (Monday through Thursday; 10 hour). Opportunity to grow with the company. Compensation is based on experience. Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities and Duties Basic Construction Knowledge to Include: Reading/Comprehension of Blue Prints & Grading Plans Job Site Management Skid Steer/Excavator Operations Comprehension of Construction Techniques for Retaining Walls, Patio, Monument & Driveway Installation Organized Team Player Sod/Plant Identification Dependable Detail Oriented Experience a Must! Qualifications and SkillS Machine Operator: Skid Steer/Excavator Must be at least 21 years old Minimum 5 years experience Bilingual is a Plus Must have valid/clear driving record/license Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
