We are looking for our next Entry-level Maintenance Associate located at the Ed Napleton Group Office in Oakbrook Terrace. The Entry-level Maintenance Associate is responsible for providing broad based maintenance services to the Real Estate Department for the commercial locations in its portfolio. The position is involved with the properties located in the Chicago-land area. Job Requirements: 1-2 years maintenance experience, and/or the desire and ability to learn and grow skills and a career path in commercial property maintenanceAbility to handle heavy lifting (more than 50 lbs.) as required.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to be flexible with work hours and assignments.Some weekend work will be required.High School Diploma, Trade Certification, or equivalent.Valid IL Driver’s License required.Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations.
