Carpenter needed for decking project

I'm an established remodeler in Ann Arbor, and I am looking for help with a deck project. We will be removing the old worn cedar decking and installing new, compost decking, on a fairly large deck. Also replacing the wooden handrail system with either composite or aluminum system. The basic framing is in good condition and will remain as it is. My regular guys are all staying quite busy and I would like to find another person, or two to help with this project. I'm looking for an experienced carpenter, who has his own tools, reliable transportation, good work ethic, and is drug free and sober. Yes, I do know that is a lot to ask. This is a fairly high end job, so I would like to find someone who has some experience with composite decking and railing systems. The basic deck is fairly strait forward, but there is a set of stairs going down from the second story deck to ground level. It has a landing part way down the stairs, and turns 90 degrees and continues down to the ground. And there is another small balcony deck on another part of the house. Sorry, this is not the right project to learn on. Not looking for a know-it-all. Just someone who is conscientious, can really read and follow all the detailed instructions for installing composite decking and high end, fiberglass or metal railing systems. If you have ever installed composites, you know what I mean about the instruction, being super detailed on fastener layout, proper gapping, etc. I can generate a lot of work for the right person. I'm picky about quality and maintaining very good communication with the customer and myself. And yes, I do know that is asking quite a bit. But we have also built a remodeling company of competent people who fit that description. I'd also just like to get to know some more quality carpenters and remodelers in the area. There are a lot of projects that I get asked to do, that I just don't have the time or manpower to handle. And would like to find some other guys, (or gals), that I could refer people to, who I can have confidence will do a good job and treat the client well. We are looking to possible start this deck project soon, within a week. Possibly later depending on materials lead times.
