Press release from the City of White Plains: March 8, 2022 The City of White Plains Recreation and Parks Spring/Summer Program Guide has been mailed to city resident households and posted on-line and is viewable at https://www.cityofwhiteplains.com/103/Recreation-Parks . A full array of programs are being offered this spring and summer  include something for everyone; pre-school, youth, adult, seniors and people with differing abilities.
