From the City of Billings: January 8, 2020 The City Council annually dedicates a work session to reviewing its strategic plan and priorities. This year's meeting will be held on Saturday, February 1st, from 8:00 AM until at least Noon, perhaps longer, in the City Council Chambers, located on the second floor of City Hall, above the Police Station, at 220 N. 27th Street, Billings, Montana.
