I just read the posting you were referring to. Did you really read the post? All it's stating is the United States has been buying oil from different countries for decades ( a decade is ten years in case you didn't know!). We've been buying oil from Mexico, Canada, Saudi Aribia and many others including Russia for several decades. Buying oil from other countries has been in existence during both Republican and Democratic Administrations for decades. Facts that can be easily checked.
