From the City of Billings: Posted on: December 18, 2019 Billings Public Library will host community discussion forums on the status of public safety in Billings at noon on January 9 and on January 16 at 6:30 pm. Police Chief Rich St. John, Fire Chief Bill Rash, City Attorney Brent Brooks, and Wyeth Friday, Planning and Community Services Director, will share their thoughts and answer questions about current public safety measures.
