Need refs for a flag football league.
Our refs need to be:
1-On time and
2-Know the Rules
3-Control the Players
4-Be professional
5-Be fair
6-Needs to be able to take criticism and stay calm
7-Do not talk back to players, move on to the next play
8-Great communication with the league managers/owners
9-Bonus $$ for having game run on time.
Nice to haves
Any experience Reffing any league/any sport.
Will be an online interview and a meet and greet before being hired.
