Press release from the City of Billings: July 24, 2020 The City of Billings Parks, Recreation and Public Lands invites Billings residents to participate in the Castle Rock Park master planning process. Two meetings are scheduled virtually via Zoom for: Thursday, August 6th at 6pm Tuesday, August 11th at 12pm Public input is sought to gauge interest in new park amenities and improvements. Castle Rock Park contains both developed and undeveloped areas. Discussion topics in the meeting will include preservation of existing features, introduction of new features, and pathway connections that are to be included in the park master plan.
