Looking for people with like minds to cover traditional blues Muddy, BB, chess records etc and some blues based rock. Laid back and easy going. If you take yourself too serious I dont want you no matter how good you are. Im not too shabby of a guitarist either(not the best by any means, I know my limitations)I dont want to change the world. Just looking for jam partners (guitar, bass, harp, drums. vocals) right now and later see where it goes. Please don't ask me for a song list. You either know the simple form of the blues or you don't. A vocalist might need a list, but should have a few songs they already know. I know there are people out there that are looking for the same. Good rhythm, soul and timing are necessary. The best equipment is not important either good players know what Im talking about. We are currently playing as a jam/cover band where we jam out and improvise over 60s/70s classic rock songs. We are all between the ages 21-30. You don't need to be a professional, just dedicated and willing to jam once or twice a week. Below are some songs we are jamming to: I am used to just adding to an existing group who just needs extra sound and excitement or being the main percussionist for a small act. Do one hour gigs with good pay. Must be able to load and unload light gear. I'm a pro player but don't desire playing four or five hour gigs. Play through the day. Can practice with you and orient you into my program which works. Music from 40's, 50's, 60's, country, bluegrass, pop, old rock. Must be team player with good personality. I'm laid back but have vast knowledge of music. I'm easy going looking for someone with same outlook. Fun jobs, easy jobs, good pay.
