Need Help advice and attorney

Hi, Please don't Flag... I am seeking advice or an attorney who will help me. I was lied to, I was told I could not rent from them and that my application would not be approved before I had even submitted my application to a section 8 -low income housing complex even tho I have section 8. The complex took my $50 for my application and a $200 refundable holding fee while my application was being processed. The complex never even submitted my application to the corporate office who had no idea who I was. The apartment was rented out before they even found my money order and application. Then the reginal manager told me she will put me in another one of there other low income complexes and to call the following day. She did not answer the phone for two weeks and then tried to tell me I didn't get it due to my credit score. I said "so im the only person in there complex that has a score of 670, everyone else has a score above my 670" she then said they could not find my $200 money order and would take a few weeks to get a check mailed to me. I called two weeks later and was told to go pick up my money order. They would not answer the office door for 6 times driving down there during buisness hours they finally opened the door 4 days later. They made me wait 30 min while she sat and had a conversation with a friend who walked in at the same time i did. She tried to tell me she was closed and i said it during buisness hours like the sign on door said.. she then said "fine what do you want" I told her who I was and she said " oh thats right I remember you. You should have listened when I said you wernt going to get the approved. Have a seat ill be with you in a min. She sat and talked to her friend in Spanish the whole 30 minutes. She finally gave me my money order which I have been unable to cash due to it being made out to the complex and it being so long. I had lost my section 8 due to not finding a place in time. There was no reason that is legally legitimate for not renting to me. I was never rude nor talk to them inappropriately. If there is an attorney that is willing to help me make sure this company does not discriminate against people. I have all of my call records of how much I tried getting a hold of them and of each time I had gone to the complex during buisness hours and what was said to me and when. I know I have a good case and hate to see things like this happen to anyone else. Especially someone who is just trying to move to a safe place with her kids that they can call home.
