DUI Suspect With Missing Tire: La Grange Cops

LA GRANGE, IL — A La Grange police officer saw a man driving erratically early Wednesday morning and noticed why — a tire was missing, according to a police report. Then the officer determined the man had been drinking and driving, police said. The driver, identified as David Larson, 37, of Lisle, was arrested about 1:30 a.m. on charges of DUI, no valid driver's license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, improper lane usage and driving an unsafe motor vehicle. Here is other information from La Grange police reports: Andres Fierro-Lopez, 26, of St. Louis, was cited about 8:30 a.m. Thursday on charges of no valid driver's license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.A person was seen on video taking a pumpkin on Halloween from a front porch in the 100 block of South Spring Avenue. The suspect was described as a young male, white, and wearing a blue hoodie and jeans. A bicycle was stolen from a bike rack Monday in the 100 block of North Waiola Avenue. The bike was not secured at the rack. Described as a purple Crosstail, it was estimated to be worth $800. Two cars and a front door were egged between 10 p.m. Monday and 11 a.m. Tuesday in the 900 block of South Spring Avenue. A house was egged last Friday or Saturday in the 10 block of Seventh Avenue. A political sign was reported stolen Tuesday in the 700 block of Catherine Avenue. The report did not indicate the message on the sign. A sign supporting presidential candidate Joe Biden was stolen Wednesday in the 10 block of West Elm Avenue. A bicycle locked at a bike rack was reported stolen Wednesday in the 700 block of West Burlington Avenue. The blue and black Trek Hybrid was valued at $800.
