No experience needed! Sparkle Grill & Oven Cleaning, is a 12 year old company based in Atlanta, offering comprehensive appliance cleaning and repair services to our clients. We are heading into another busy season and we are seeking high quality, performance and results- based individuals to lead our teams. We PAY FOR PERFORMANCE! There is no hourly wage! Clock watchers need not apply. We want to partner with those individuals who demand compensation equal to their effort! You will start with a base and small performance bonuses while training. Your income with increase once you grasp and master our system and are out leading a team. Your will also have a company truck to take home. We work Mon- Fri. Each two man crew works only two jobs a day. Your job is simple- clean customers’ BBQ grills to our standards or go inside the customer’s home and clean their stove/ oven. You will not be rushed- Just do the job that you are trained to do. Your pay will increase as your skills improve. You will learn how to perform grill diagnosis, do repairs, sell parts and perform other revenue-generating opportunities! This is not a dead end position! We have franchises coast to coast.
