Mobile Home Park business in need of a reliable, honest, hardworking, full-time maintenance technician. Person must have valid DL and own transportation, as well as basic tools. The job entails processing work orders mostly related to sheetrock repairs, hardware replacement/reattachment, painting, flooring, light plumbing (water leaks from toilets, sinks, etc), light fixture installation, appliance removal/installation, etc. We also do full rehab turnovers on mobile homes when tenants move out.
