Gray dog found

Description

It was found near Colton High School Football Field. It was injured with obvious signs of neglect. Hair was knotted throughout body, around mouth, etc. Ears seem infected. It was limping when I picked it up. We found and removed a rubber band wrapped around its paw. Had bleeding blisters and cuts on its front left paw from the rubber band cutting the circulation. The San Bernardino Animal Services Department has been made aware of this. If this is your dog please be ready to provide a detailed description of it and proof of ownership such as medical records, etc. Thank you for your time.
