Thursday 3-10-22 morning a deceased black and white kitty was spotted off the side of the road of where V St and 31st intersect (in the bushy area). It was black with white feet. It looked like someone had picked it up and set it out of the way of traffic. We are so sorry for the loss of this loved one in someone's family!!
