We offer a relaxed, honest, and drama-free atmosphere. All positions are Monday - Saturday. 8:00AM-6:00PM Time could be negotiable to 9:00AM-6:00PM Job Requirement: Ideal candidates will have: 1. Experience in performing inspections, diagnostic, maintenance, and repair service on various vehicle makes and models. 2. Outstanding communication skills 3. Professional appearance and work ethic 4. Great attitude 5. Superior customer service skills 6. Ability to read and comprehend instructions 7. Ability to exercise good judgement 8. Valid driver’s license RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with Shop and factory standards 2. Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair as authorized. 3. Communicate to obtain needed parts. 4. Communicate needed repairs 5. Road-test vehicles to ensure the repair has addressed the customer complaint 6. Administer safety and housekeeping policies and procedures, keeping spills cleaned up as they happen. 7. Always come to work on time, ready to work, and in a clean uniform & with a great attitude. 8. Ensure that common courtesy is shown toward all customers you come into contact with. 9. While in the vicinity of the service drive, act as a secondary customer greeter to customers that have not yet been acknowledged 10. Address all original customer concerns before moving onto additional sales 11. Inspect every vehicle for additional sales opportunities ensuring that the vehicle is being maintained to the local area and factory recommendation 12.
