Regional Maintenance Manager for 55+ Communities in Stockton, CA Seeking part-time manufactured community manager to join our team. Manager to run the day-to-day business activities of the park. Will need to handle resident communications, must have good computer skills, a positive attitude and be detail orientated. Manager to be responsible for property maintenance and utilities, must be handy and have basic plumbing skills. Prior mobile home park experience is preferred but not mandatory. Salary will be based on experience. Position requires light travel between parks, all located in Stockton. Will be reimbursed for mileage per IRS guidelines. Applicant must have valid drivers license and insurance. Copy of H6 DMV record must be provided prior to offer of employment. May be required to work some weekends and or evenings.
