I am a new local coordinator in Elk Grove/Sacramento for the CIEE, a nonprofit that aims to create cross-cultural connections for people worldwide. I'm currently looking for volunteer host families to open their hearts and homes to some international exchange students! Students arrive in the US with their own personal spending money, can speak English, and will be attending the high school closest to the host family's home. They will be arriving in the fall, but we are placing now to ensure their placements at school. Host families come in all shapes and sizes, as long as they are safe and loving homes! If you, or anybody you know, are looking to broaden your horizons and cultural awareness while providing an unforgettable experience to a high school student from across the world, please contact me!
