Check out our Transformational Not Transactional Culture! #TNT We are in search of an entry level Maintenance/Handyman! This individual will be assisting with multiple facilities. Candidate must possess basic problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, must be honest, dependable, punctual, and trustworthy. Duties/preferable skills (include but are not limited to): Eager to learn new carpentry, electrical, and plumbing skills. Change AC filters at all Austin locations (all within 4 miles of each other). Assisting Facility Maintenance and Repair team with any additional tasks needed. Basic operation to input information regarding repairs or recommendations, sending/answering emails. Must have reliable transportation to get from job site to job site. Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year. Physical requirements: No fear of climbing ladders Lifting moving heavy furniture, boxes, tools, with use of moving equipment Proper lifting techniques for max 80 lbs alone (bag of concrete) Work in outside elements, including inclement weather Ability to learn and operate Scissor lift, Fork lift, and Boom Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM All facilities located with 4 miles of one another Compensation: Starting at $18/hour.
