  We are currently hiring for a Construction Handyman/Punch List workers with 5+ years of residential construction   Requirements: Must be detail - oriented Must be able to work alone and follow instructions Must have skills with the following trades: Carpentry, Drywall, Painting, Plumbing, Electrical, and Tile/Masonry Must have a driver license and driving a pickup truck with a trailer able to lift 80+lbs, work in all weather conditions Must be able to read blue prints Must have own basic hand tools Must pass a drug test   Pay is $22 to $27 per hour, based on experience
