Seeking full-time Cleaning Person/ Maintenance Technician with a can-do attitude and sense of pride in their work. This position will assist with high-rise luxury operations such as valet services, cleaning, painting, and assigned tasks including, but not limited to: Replacing light bulbs General cleaning Shift coverage Valet parking cars Operating snow removal equipment Exercising general maintenance knowledge Positive attitude and demeanor with fellow staff and residents. The below are required: GED or equivalent, Valid driver's license Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, climb ladders, stoop, bend, and stand for extended periods of time.
