A reputable company in the Monongahela area is looking for grinders. The grinder position involves pushing various sledge hammers and chisels against a belt sander and grinding them to a finished shape. Candidates will not be grinding their entire shift- they will be trained on other machines and positions throughout the day. You will be standing 90% of your shift.
