Small butcher shop needing a butcher, time not spent on the kill floor will be spent boning meat. No experience necessary, but being good with a knife is a plus. Need a good hard worker, and reliability is very important. Pay starting at $15/hr, increasing as skill level increases. Hours typically 7-3 M-F.
