We are taking resume's and/or letter/emails of interest to join our team! Someone versed in all (or at least multiple) trades would be ideal at this time. Plumbing, light electrical, painting, drywall, flooring (tile, wood, laminate - carpet would be a plus), Experience performing rental unit turn overs would be great as well. Own reliable transportation and basic tools required. Must be able to communicate in English comfortably via writing, reading, speaking as this position will be generating reports of work completed, job schedules and other miscellaneous administrative tasks We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate.
