Description
Hi im trying to find out just how wide spread the experience is involving instacart and fraudulent reviews or scams. Instacart continues to provide every way for customers to scam and ultimately financially burden shoppers. Limiting batches based on reviews given with no basis and often fraudulently seems like it should not be a legal practice. The instacart reddit thread is full of these claims of theft or damage with proof contradicting customer claims. The income lost across the several 1000s of people this applies to seems like a class action waiting to happen. Yet instacart has its blanket policies favoring the customer because we all know its an unsustainable business model on its last legs. Providing perfect service does not deserve a false rating taking the food money i use to eat right from under me. There is literally no check to stop someone from providing false 1 star reviews or claims of damage/theft. If enough people have similar experiences it seems this should be escalated legally.
