General Construction Foreman Quality Telecom Consultants is seeking a General Construction Foreman for our growing business in California Duties including but not limited to: (General knowledge in all aspects of construction Drywall Patching Finish carpentry Rough Framing Electrical Knowledge Plumbing Sheetrock · Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the client, staff, subcontractors, and all persons on the project · Review and monitor manpower, equipment and material. Familiarize yourself with general conditions, specifications and blueprints for the project site · Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of houses, buildings, or other structures · Ability and experience managing a small team Job-related Tasks & Other Requirements: Must be capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 60lbs of weight Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and squat. Have full range of motion.
