We are a family-owned business and we are seeking a motivated employee to join our team. We are hiring for a motivated, self-starting all purpose guy who has experience in home bathroom and kitchen remodels and additions. Must be reliable and with reliable transportation, dependable, hardworking, willing to grow and enjoy their work. Our company provides home remodels and additions and kitchen and bath remodels. The ideal candidate should be able to solely handle above mentioned projects. However, we do have a wide variety of subcontractors to keep the jobs moving. Must be a team player and be able to communicate well with fellow employees and clients. Must be able to work alone at times and have your own truck and tools. A typical workday for the skilled tradesperson listed above will have an unskilled laborer to help with tasks throughout the day. Must be competent in all aspects of electrical, plumbing, framing and trim carpentry. Salary depends on work experience and overall trades proficiency. Candidate will be responsible to complete tasks throughout the day with direction from the contractor. The typical day for you will be being lined out by the contractor in the morning and then left to complete said tasks and be responsible and professional in completing said tasks and in dealing with other personnel and homeowners. This is a toolbags-on working position. Direction and materials will be provided by the contractor.
