I live in a housing community, too Which there's a verity of needs! Basically. My cat knocked off the neighbor Ladies Bird Cages! Too where their door's came open; allowing them to escape. Now she's become very depressed; and needs help with the cost of replacing them. I do hold myself accountable for my animals; and therefore should replace them. Only the prices in the pet stores; are off the chart! I am hoping to appeal to your scene of humanity!
