Re-homing Chiweenie

I need to re-home my Chiweenie pup. He's 12 months old and not fixed. I've started working full time and he is not adjusting well. He's beginning to have behavior issues such as destroying anything he can pull into his crate, whinnying and barking. I live in an apartment complex and have started receiving complaints about his barking while I'm at work. Aside from these new issues, he's really a great dog. He knows basic commands and a few fancy ones like stand, walk and dance. He needs more work for sure but he's eager to learn with either treats or a toy. He's great with kids although he jumps a lot and needs to be taught manners with small children and infants. He's also great with cats but can be weird with other dogs, especially when out for walks. He'd do great with an older dog to be his friend and teach him dog stuff, but he's good with other puppies too. He is not fully housebroken, although he will not go potty in his crate at all! He has A LOT of energy!!! Like, A LOT! And he can jump really high for his short legs lol. He's also not UTD on his shots. I'm asking $50 rehoming fee to ensure he goes to a good home; one who understands his needs and is willing to be loving and patient with him. If you want his crate it's $75. Please do not ask for a meet and greet or home delivery or pick up. We can meet at a store. No holds. Serious inquiries only please. Thank you!
